yeah, no need for anything. You cant copyright a basic idea of something, otherwise 90%+ of all entertainment products could be sued. Hard to do anything new nowadays... i bet this came up at april fools day and some people fell for it... ;)

yeah but so is every other simulator game on the market copying each other if thats the case they should all be sued , their claims make no sense and im sure wont make it far in court if it proceeds that far

I have also seen some games where there are cars. I think all car company should sue each other as well as Schedule I or rather most definitely focus mainly on Schedule I for it has cars and that has been done before..... I am very upset at Schedule I devs right now.

Tyler should be happy, its like free advertisement, and these morons trying to sue him, all they will get, will be huge community backlash, which already started.
I know game devs are not lawyers, but before making attempts of suing someone, They really should think If thats good idea, and have any really chances to win...
They will lose 3 times from all this: in court, game sales, and PR.
If killing Their own company was objective then They have accomplished like, 120% of goal.
