just mix only the most profitable ones for each level or those that satisfy new customers to unlock them. For example, I don't mix weed as soon as I unlock mixing station. I wait until I unlock all ingredients and then mix only the most profitable one. Same goes for meth.

May be in the future updates, dev will let us delete unwanted recipes.

Especially since you'll likely land on one or two and stick with them. You can always Favorite the ones you actually use, but it'd be kinda nice to be able to delete a couple from the recipe list. Sort/Filter options would be nice too, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the order they're in.
I have two good selling weed strains and then one that every now and again comes up. With so many strains made from experimenting it is impossible to counter offer if I am out of one of the three.
How about have a notebook that strains and their recipes can be added into and stored in a shelf thereby taking them out of the phone's currently 'active' strains you're dealing in right now?
Or better yet on posters that you can put on the walls and click and drag strains in and out of the phone's strain inventory and onto the poster?
Being able to group them in columns by weed variety and/or mix would be helpful I think.

There is a mix calculator on ggl. Just type schedule 1 calculator.

I do not mix.. easier to manage. And i do not need to beat game ASAP.

You do realize it’s 2^16 for each drug right?

So 65536 combinations for each.

Plus you can just go in %appdata% local low and delete the json you don’t want

because it is.

a dictionary in programming is a collection of keys with variables that is ordered.

for instance: OG kush : calming effect

the dictionary itself is probably utilizing nested dictionaries for effects too something like

strains = {
'ogkush' : {'effects' : 'calming'},
'sourdiesel' : {'effects' : refreshing'},
'greencrack' : {'effects' : 'energizing'},
'grandaddypurp' : {'effects' : 'sedating'},
}

and then continues having strains added to it with their effects.

although my example wasn't ordered lol

The product manager just needs better quality of life. I suggested it during the demo but nothing was changed so idk.

Needs some kind of filter option or at least a search bar.

You can favourite the ones you use (the lil star if you missed that), whats annoying however is that its not possible to rename them after the initial name from within the game unless i missed something?

This would be so easy to fix, just only list the strains you have on your favorites, and only favorite what you have currently made.

Product manager searching, sorting, and filtering is on the Trello for upcoming updates. So hopefully we don't have to wait too long for that

They're in the order you discovered them. What I would highly recommend is to make a specific strain with 2-3 effects so all of the recipes for the strain you'll be wanting to prioritise appear in order. Having every 3rd strain be the end result of a chain of mixes makes it much easier to not only find high value mixes, but also the previous ones needed for it, in case you forget.

Once you've done one string of strains, do the same one again but switch up the order of mixes. For example: Your first string you used Cuke - Redballs - Mouthwash, on the second go use Redballs - Mouthwash - Cuke instead. It doesn't make a difference? Well now you have more recipes for the same strain, but it doesn't clog your list. If it DOES make a different strain, however, (Bananas very often depends on the order), you make a NEW 3 effect off of that.

I'll be starting a new playthrough and, seeing as Green Crack is my favourite OG strain, waiting until i unlock it, and then do this method.

just mix one strain that you like and is profitable, you don't need to make max profitability strain either, customers will just buy more. I like to find a sweet spot where the average of my high rollers will buy 5 products at once (a jar).

You'll go mad if you try to sell 7 strains.
