So is there rival gang?

I remember at start your RV blew up by gang/cartel? Do they ever show up after your business starts grow big? I assume so

To my knowledge, not yet. Possibly added later according to a video talking about the future Roadmap.
I essentially have the whole city to myself. They blew up the van to send a message and we called their bluff.

I just assume as you start to gain more customers and more areas they soon catch on and start sending men to try take you out or try deal in your area if you catch one of their dealers you can take them out.

Lore wise, yes there is a rival gang. Gameplay wise, no as it has not been added yet but is on the roadmap.
