Can't find mixing station mk2?

I've got a solo play through and a play through I do with a friend and both times it says I unlocked the second mixing station it's not a the hardware store. Am I looking at the wrong place?

The warehouse has it. You want to do as much of your shopping there as you can from here on as they take cash.

To be precise, it's the warehouse across the street from the motel. It is just to the south of your first safe-house. There are a set of steps that you go down because the warehouse is built in a trench, sort of.

To be add a bit more. You get a tutorial quest to visit them. Not sure of the trigger but I just did the tutorial quests as they came along and it popped up.
