Cleaner Issue
My Cleaner has been working fine for a while but suddenly they just stopped working. I never moved anything between hire and them not working.

There were three assigned Trash Cans, and removing the two unnecessary ones (one covered the entire dirty area) they began working again. But now they're not working again.

Is there a solution to this beside firing and rehiring?

omg does this actually work? :sweatyeye:

It appeared to be a problem with that specific Trash Can, because he'd work at the others. So I removed and re-placed it down and he's working again.

Its just a bug with their pathing, they will get stuck jsut out of reach of what they are trying to do and will just stand there.

best setup I find is to put a trash can down then surround it with pots and the cleaner can stand on the outside if the row of pots to reach the trash can and it covers everything for 8 plants.

Edit:
This is my Bungalow. I'm playing very slowly, and only selling base Weed types. Two Botanists and a Cleaner.

keep the 2nd tier 30% water retention, those open air pots are not worth the water loss and the time it takes the botanist to continually water them over and over, slows down the growth instead of speeding it up...for now, unless the NPCs get a speed overhaul, doing it yourself is always quicker, the npc's just allow automation
no need for drying racks either atm, if you look at the last area uptown its only purple quality in game atm, save you 24 hours or more processes not neccessary till its implemented

Drying Racks are 12 hours and they (like Laundering) work even at 4:00am. I do all my stuff at night so it's typically 4:00am for a while. So that's a guaranteed two full Racks per day, plus if you continue playing past 4:00am. I have eight Racks in my Sweatshop with a Brick Press.

During the day I focus heavily on cutting the Buds myself so the Botanists just fill, plant, and fertilize.
