Warehouse more expensive than the Farm? Farm > Warehouse

The farm is infinitely better than the warehouse, yet the warehouse is more expensive? The farm is bigger, the layout is better. Better spots for beds, a much larger open space. Yet the warehouse is double the price???

there is also no water spigot at the warehouse. both my buddy and I scoured the place top to bottom, no place to get water, so if you are doing any growing at the warehouse, it better be with botanists.

Yea, i was disappointed with that one too, not even using. They should increase size and remove unnecessary pillows. Or even better, add ability to modify it.

Water is outside front of farm, The spout, Can be used to fill water container...

bought the warehouse first because i thought i would skip directly to the biggest place.
was a bit salty at first but im producing ~100 coke at the warehouse per day so.. no need for the barn anyways^^

I wish the farm didn't have the spigot on the inside. It just gets in the way and I don't need it since I don't use the watering can.

Every property has it's uses, even late game. Maybe specialize the Warehouse for Meth, and use the Barn for Cocaine or Weed. Their strengths are their size and employee capacities.
