Employee placement at the barn

Hi :) First of all... thanks @Dev for this amazing game! First 40h+ in and I completely love it.
Until now just one thing could be better (for me). The placement of the employees at the barn. If they are waiting they stand right on the loading dock 1. It already happend that the delivery car "crashed" into them... they didn't die but... there could be a better placement :)
