The Warehouse should be bigger no?
the warehouse is twice the cost of the barn but on 1.25 times the size the barn, i'm sorry but for the huge price increase it should have more space i can honestly organise the barn better than the warehouse because of the stairs and platforms. does anyone else agree?

Yes the warehouse is small for the cost . Barn is working better for me due to the loft to put down beds !

except the barn is far away from most of your clients. I think this is a good balance. The warehouse is plenty big and in a good location.

i view each one as a new place to make more stuff i never close down one place once i get a new one like the motel i use still mainly for extra storage and the apartment same extra storage but the house barn and warehouse all still make stuff since you can not move employees which you should be able to do i think.

Yeah, unless you have the gold skateboard; With the warehouse, you're paying for the location really, and having another 10 employees.

More locations = more chance to produce, which means more money; the money needs a reason to exist, so it's a big expense on purpose.... otherwise why even mass produce / mix in the first place?

If the planned "mansion" in the gated community ever comes out (see road map), I hope it's a million bucks.

There are three key factors to be looked at when considering the value of real estate:
1. Location
2. Location
3. Location

I would increase the number of employees to 12, as there are already 10 at Baren. There is also no water connection in the warehouse.

Meh. The location of the Warehouse isn't that great. It only has one road in and out, and the cops blockade that regularly, which interferes with supply runs in the van.

The Barn may seem way out there, but it's right next to the actual high value part of town, where the customers you actually want to deal to are. It's also a straight shot from the Barn to the only Gas Mart that has a loading dock, and there are NEVER cops along that route, so it's vastly faster and easier to restock the mixer ingredients in the Barn.

No need for the golden skateboard. Just mix your drugs with redbull and consume. The increased movement speed you gain is easily the fastest means of transportation, if you're just trying to get around and not moving a ton of product.
