They are about the same size overall, both have 2 loading bays and both can support up to 10 workers. Barn is way out in the boonies and I have never seen a cop on that particular stretch of road past the hardware store, and theres the dead drop pay off right across at the church. Warehouse has easy access to the black market, dealers, most laundering sites, shops, but does have the check point which can make moving large amounts of product a bit more difficult. They both have their up and downsides.
For my MP game, we are automating coca, from growing all they way through mixing and pressing in the warehouse, the Barn is probably going to be a combo crystal and bud production.
Can't speak for the farmhouse as I skipped it and went straight for the warehouse (plan on getting it soon), but - the warehouse has lots of convenient open space as well as automatic doors to store your car and 2 loading bays for cargo.
