Barn or Warehouse?
Right now I have 40K in my bank account. I am at the meth producing stage and am waiting to leve up enough to unlock the dock district.

The bungalow's cramped size is hindering my ability to crank out more product in a shorter time. I need more room for more meth cooking stations. I could get the barn now, but is it worth it or should I just hold out until I can afford the Warehouse instead?

barn is worth. HUGE upgrade
I personally prefer the warehouse. It's closer to the shops and I'm lazy.

Barn, how else does one have a hoedown?
I like the Barn better
Went with Barn but do kinda regret it. I was dissuaded from the warehouse cause of the police checkpoint right there. Before remembering I only do late night deals now and it wouldn't make much difference anyways. Does seem to be better located overall. Not too far from a gas station, a decent path to Oscar and the Fixer if need be. A lil better centrally located to Suburbs and Downtown.

Fun fact because I never noticed it. There's a hardware store literally at the end of the dirt road of the barn on the way to the gas station. So barn has both shop types (:
Apart from their locations does either properly offer any advantages over the other? I'm assuming the Warehouse is bigger and has more room to fit stuff in? Does the barn have anything the warehouse doesn't offer?

They are about the same size overall, both have 2 loading bays and both can support up to 10 workers. Barn is way out in the boonies and I have never seen a cop on that particular stretch of road past the hardware store, and theres the dead drop pay off right across at the church. Warehouse has easy access to the black market, dealers, most laundering sites, shops, but does have the check point which can make moving large amounts of product a bit more difficult. They both have their up and downsides.

For my MP game, we are automating coca, from growing all they way through mixing and pressing in the warehouse, the Barn is probably going to be a combo crystal and bud production.

Can't speak for the farmhouse as I skipped it and went straight for the warehouse (plan on getting it soon), but - the warehouse has lots of convenient open space as well as automatic doors to store your car and 2 loading bays for cargo.
I skipped bungalow and went straight for barn; probably shouldn't have but it is what it is. Barn is pretty good, wide open layout on the ground floor and a little space on the second floor where I cram all of the employee beds. Plenty of space for workstations and storage.

I skipped the barn and went for the warehouse as well. Coca in the main front floor, meth in the back of main floor and weed in the small upstairs room.
