Yes, they will sell whatever product you give them. That menu to pick whats for sale is personally for your character (or multiple characters if multiplayer)

Thank God. I hate hearing that damn phone go off.

Also there is some misinformation going around about dealers not being able to break down jars into bags if you don't leave them inventory space but I have never had an issue with completely filling their inventory with jars.

In fact after clearing a space in their inventory then closing and reopening it the space I just emptied had a baggie.
they definitely need space for bags or they can get stuck unable to sell the product however with jars they might be able to sell a full jar without breaking it down if the customers are able to afford a full jar

You are wrong about this. You might be able to get away with it for weed because customers buy 5+ units frequently, but with meth or coke the dealer won't be able to complete the sales if they can't break it down and they do need inventory space for that.
