Oscar the Warehouse Guy is Gone

So I am relatively new to the game and just unlocked the barn. I unlocked the warehouse before and the oscar guy where I can buy equipment (like the mixing station) is gone.

I always go back there when it opens and he just wasn't there at all even after 5 in-game days, I haven't seen him so I wasn't able to buy any equipment.

Any idea to fix this matter?

Check the right side of the warehouse, also check the alley on the left side.

One thing that seems to fix a some issues is saving, quitting and then hopping back into your save

Probably on holiday, don't worry
