Oscar Has Vanished

i bought a gun from the guy across from Oscar, it equipped into my hand by default, seller got mad cause i was "aiming" my gun at him, tried to kill me, i shot him, Oscar calls police, i run and go to bed, i come back the next few nights and he has been gone every time. This is a problem as i cant buy anything other than the sparse supplies from the delivery app. Anyone know a fix?

same hapend to me he was just infront of the west corner store for me just look around the map.

Restart the game. If an NPC gets spooked or starts running (as Oscar does), sometimes wherever they run to will now be their default standing spot until the game is restarted.

Strains of drugs with "explosive" as a trait are particularly bad about causing this issue, since Oscar gets spooked 9 times out of 10 when someone smokes a Krakatoa Pack and decides to crap themselves to death in a fiery explosion right outside of their warehouse.

This took 6 restarts to fix for whatever reason but hes now back where he belongs. Preciate it bro
