Coca Leafs / Drying Rack - BUG

I have 8 Drying racks and 32 Coca Plants. I use Fertilizer so they come off the plant Purple. Then they go to the Racks. Earlier it was fine, production was great but I moved the Racks around and now I've been waiting over 3 hours IRL for the Coca to go from Purple to Yellow quality. I've done over 6 sleep cycles and nothing. I figured it's because i was running out of render distance so they weren't drying. Wrong... I just watched them finish drying to Yellow and go into the Output slot. Then the Botanist come over, Grabs them and RE-Dries them from purple to yellow - an infinite cycle of drying. I have a Destination assigned for the output but it doesn't matter. He just picks them up as yellow and re-places them as purple.

you have to set a handler to take the leaves off the drying rack and put them on a storage rack

Not true, You can use the clipboard and set a Destination, the output goes to the destination

I fired the Botanist, Picked up all the racks, Hired a new Botanist, Placed the racks back down, assigned the Botanist and now it's working as intended.
