They will not buy from YOU if its bricked, its 20x product and no one will buy that much. As far as your dealers not selling i have no idea, ive filled my dealers up full with bricks and they sell. Not sure.
So for instance, a player loading a dealer's inventory slots with full (20x) jar stacks with every jar being* a different strain of drug, there would be no slot for them to break said jars down into baggies. It's even worse for bricks.
Try to leave slots open. And if you're going to diversify, integrate bags or jars and keep in mind that they'll need open slots if none of the products are bagged.
