Time Paradox?

Is it me or does the work time weird? At 4am Plants stop to grow but water sink anyway and Lab, Oven and Dryer keeps working even when the time stops at 4am. Dont know if this how its should work but i think all workstations with same time law would be better.

You're making it sound way more complicated than it is. Video games aren't real worlds running real physics and laws. If the dev forgot to make something work a certain way then that's all it is.

Plants stop growing. Workers stop working. Dealers stop dealing. Buyers stop texting. Pretty sure that is all that stops at 4am.

Before getting dealers I use this time block to do all my deals. During the day I grow and cook and run to the hardware store.

You get a curfew bonus and you can never miss a deal. Some are slightly harder to do as you may have to lure the cops away first.

Laundering money will continue. You can still order dead drops. You can collect your dealers earnings. You can still order deliveries. You can still cook and get supplies ready for after a quick nap.

Just water your plants before bed and you're golden. Everything else is relatively trivial.

i call the progress that happens after 4am "on water time" since water drains at the same rate regardless, and person above me basically covered everything that can be done during it. it is way better than the alternative of a "knock out time", like in 'stardew valley' or other life sim games to get around the obstacle of timers not aligning with the clock. i personally love this "feature" and without it i dont think i would play the game very much. personally the most fun is had manually doing everything yourself and dealing during the night sneaking around the cops to get to your dead drops, businesses, etc. if you notice the late night deal meetups are usually in high police traffic spots, i do not think this is by accident, but to increase the challenge for the relaxed timer of late night.
