Botanist / Drying Rack

The Botanist will not pull leafs from storage and place them in newly assigned Drying Racks until i save, quit, and rejoin.
(Yes they have a bed, they are paid, they have a clear path to it, there are enough leafs in inventory, its not night, i have slept. They will go do the work once i quit and rejoin.)
