Problematic dealing spots

I don't know if it's just me, but it feels like there are dealing spots that are impossible to deliver to at certain times. At Cerviu, for example, it's impossible to do a deal at the barber store because the cops there have such a wide-angle view that you can't get to the customer without being chased. There must either be a mechanism that takes these spots out of the rotation if you specify certain times because the cops don't move away from that spot all night.

have them chase you. lead them away ..lose them... go back sell.

At the Barber shop, you can hide behind the tree while crounching, that way they cant see you. Worked for me.

Use the trees. You don't need to be so close to the buyer. In that particular spot I can still reach the buyer while being behind the trees and not be spotted.

YUP I thought the same thing but you can 100% hide behind the trees.. it's actually funny. You are like maybe 15m from the cops.. lol. but it works perfectly.

Hide in the tree branches.
Run the cops over with your car.
Shoot the cops.
