coop - furniture has suddenly moved and can't be interacted with

just started a coop game up, played a few times. Now, the person joining the host can see shelves stacked inside of equipment etc and can't interact with them. Host picking them up and moving them doesn't work, they dont move for the person who joined. Anyone know a fix?

same for me, lots of bug with coop only the Host can see items where it should be

I’ve noticed this issue in two properties so far: the motel room (the first property) and the bungalow (the third property). I’m not sure what causes it, but the problem doesn’t occur in the sweatshop or the barn(at least hasn't in my play time). I haven’t reached the warehouse yet in any of my or my friends’ saves, so I can’t confirm if the issue happens there.
