Get a rack (or 3) put the acid, phosphorus and pseudo in that order one 1 rack or alternatively fill all your mixing stations first, then make 3 racks with 1 ingredient.
So basically its handlers take from shelves to bench, chemist mixes then bakes and takes to mixer, then other chemists do the mixing, and finally handler works the bench/bagging station and offloads to another bench
This is a great resource, however, I have this running and an 8 step mix SUCKS. You literally spend your entire time resupplying the mixers. In this setup the mixers are gone in like 1-1.5 days in game. The yield isn’t good enough to justify spending your entire gaming session ordering mats, dumping them into 4 vans, ordering more, filling the racks and repeating, over and over and over without break, but this automation will give you an idea of ideas you can do.

Once you are fully automating coca/ice with mixing, 4 mix is about the most I would do. It’s actually unbearable to sit at the warehouse and all I do for 3-4 hours is call in supplies. So I am going to reroute this for 2 sets of a 4 mix tomorrow.
Botanist should have waaay more supplies, chemists should have supplies too, you should be able to tell handlers what you want to fill a shelf with, for example tell them you want 3x10 fertilizer, 2x10 soil on a shelf and etc, or telling handlers exactly what you want in what slot.
