Billy From Docks is broken?
Is it just me or does Billy always try to get to the meeting point and get teleport back to the starting area?

He broke for me too. At the canal deal spot, he was glitching out going the wrong direction and teleporting back. Next time at the dock containers deal spot he never showed up. I saved and reloaded and it fixed itself.
