i bought the game and checked my bank it took the money and the game isnt appearing my libary and is saying i still dont own it i want my damn money back

Complain to Steam directly not on the game forum where you won’t get any help.

Calm down and go to the Help tab up on the top left of Steam's window. Go into Steam Support, and follow the instructions to tell them that there's a problem. The developer can't do anything about Steam breaking on you, only Steam can help. But I suggest calming down and not cussing at them or they might just tell you to pound sand.

It can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Be patient with them, since you put it in right away they should base the time on your ticket. That means that if the only way to resolve the situation is a refund, your chances are pretty good since you submitted the ticket within the 2 week limit of owning it.

Generational gap, sorry. I'm 40 years old and didn't know what that meant (it sounded like "REEEEE" to me basically, especially given the way you were flying off the handle with your initial post and the one right above mine where you used a slang I also didn't recognize and in fact looked up). Hence why I deleted that post and posted another instead, answering your question.
