How does a dealer work?

After I assign customers to a dealer, does the dealer make deals all on their own or do I still have to reply to customer messages and negotiate prices?

if you assign customers to a dealer those customers won't call you for scheduling meetups, you have to remove them from the dealers list to have the ability to schedule a meet.

otherwise the only way to deal with them is by making offers after approaching them individually, which isn't recommended because it stops the dealer from being able to sell to them while they're in cooldown, and you don't get the bonus amount of cash you would get if they instead made an offer to you.

this is why you stick your dealers with your worst customers so that the dealer takes them off your customer list and you aren't stuck selling single buds to low bidders.

dealers effectively remove their assigned customers from contacting you for deals. so they shouldnt be in contact at all. all unassigned customers however will still call you directly to set up deals
