Can't open console

I can't open the console even though I press the right key
Do I need to write something on the starting properties of the game?

Not that I am aware of, sadly. I do not use the console at all. Perhaps someone else will be able to help you.

I enabled console and it ended up me not being able to press escape or tilda anymore. I technically can’t play the game because when I press a machine, I can’t exit out. Need a solution bad.
