Better flashlight, or overall brighten the nigh a bit

Vehicle headlights. Those suck. Or rather, they are non existent, the best I can do is see the back of my van by pressing F.

A brightness slider would be appreciated.

It would. But think it needs to be changed in ambient lighting or range of light in game as well.
I have already but my very goo, the best monitor at max brightness.
Couls also max nvidia control panel settings but it looks bad fast when maxing gamma/contrast
