Is this game considered to be optimized?

Sorry but when I say this I'm serious, I've got a pretty damn decent gaming laptop, and a pc, I've played on both devices, it feels as if it's just so poorly coded for when it comes to optimization, I'm getting 40 FPS playing solo? that's ridiculous, I run FiveM with packs at 120+ fps. Not to mention the entity cramming in the game.

you should be getting way more frames than 75 in my opinion as i should as well, something is wrong with the game

Its made by one person and like 15bucks.... wtf lol -- enjoy the cheap fun little game man. My 3070ti and 32Gb of RAM, SSD is getting like 70-80FPS?

im seriously concerned with peoples builds and how they're getting such low fps in this game.

are you guys NEVER picking up your garbage?

i struggle to get lower than 120 fps, granted my pc is a beast but i seriously don't understand how others with decent pcs like the specs you just posted are getting lower than 120 fps on this.

for instance: my specs are an i9 12900k paired up with a 4070 super and 64gb of 5600hz ram that i kept xmp disabled on to run at the recommended oc speed of 4800 for my i9. (3200 is base clock, 4800 is recommended oc, 5600 is max boost oc speed of the i9)

i play on ultra, with all settings enabled and get almost my monitors frame limit of 144 all the time. - those 1% lows are what causes it to dip every so often, but never below 120

i have never seen it drop below 120 fps, wtf are you guys doing to do that?

It becomes very cpu bound as more AI functions keep getting bloated from workers I'm guessing.
I get performance degradation overtime and have to restart the game every like, 2-3 hours. Probably due to accumulation of garbage on the map (even though they aren't rendering actively, they still have to remember position I guess)
Many things to get improved on hopefully.

turn vsync off, i have a 3090 and was getting 40-50fps and when i turned off vsync it went to 90+

see this is what i was thinking was due to the garbage entities that become invisible.

i saw a dude streaming to discord the other night and all he was doing with his garbage was throwing it out the apartment door because it phased out of existence he said.

NO! IT DOESN'T DO THAT! lmao i screamed at him, he eventually noticed the large pile of dirt bags and seed tubes and such outside that was phasing in and out of the 4th dimension and was like okay so that's why we throw stuff away.

he was a new player but cmon man they literally give you a garbage can and bags to bag stuff up and remove it lmao

the most i've seen is that eventually something will break like a quest marker wont complete or something won't be able to be done like one of my friends on my server won't be able to sow seeds because they can't click on the dirt to cover the seeds because it's already covering the seed and done with its animation somehow - simple restart and that fixes it.

Oh they added a new console command to clear trash this update.
I recommend using that if playing for longer sessions.

Cap your FPS if you have it uncapped.

Idk man, I'm running an i7-9700k, 32GBs of RAM, And a RTX 2070, I play on maxed settings at 1080p and get over 80 FPS constantly.

have you seen the graphics in this? its not supposed to be a top tier game. people like you are what is killing the gaming industry. care more about FPS than good game content,
