Report a translation problem
In my barn I have two sides of the barn doing the same task which is a 7-mixing station setup but I used to have 8. Either way instead of 4 chemists to achieve both setups, I need 6 currently. Having a 7 station setup or an 8 mixing station setup with the additional 2 cooking stations requires (even 4 stations per chemist) me to need 3 chemists per side or at the very least, 5 chemists overall instead of an even 4.
5 stations per chemist would be perfectly balanced. As for cleaners - I agree with OP

I wonder if Mr. Tyler has something in store for that.
Cause most of this game is being given a problem, and working to buy the solution to that pain point.
i.e Mk2 Packager, ANY worker for the business, or just the humble trash grabber.
So i'm holding onto Cope, and hoping that some flashy Mk.3 model of Mixer will be released.
And solves these issues.
Or better yet.... a Roomba
