did you get the upgraded packaging station?
I have two guys packing weed into bags produced from 8 plants and get two full shelves to go sell after 4 am. its 100% fully automated I just always have a delivery truck in the loading area filled with bags for them to take from, I am selling full stacks of green crack to customers for 1333 a stack un mixed.

I just grab and go and if I see the delivery vehicle is gone by checking my phone I just order them a new one and manually stock them on seeds and fert once every few days.

I think my issue is that the packer also does other things, it takes half a day for him to pack 20 plant to bags, and doesn't get much else done.
Here is my bungalow setup First shelves is final product, you need 5 people to keep it smooth.

One cleaner, 1 botanist, 2 packagers that also haul a bit and 1 hauler

I only use bags and the first shelf in the kitchen is for the weed from the pots destination

Then both packagers will grab from that shelf as a supply, they also have their own bag shelf for each package station, each package station destination is to the close shelf between them to keep travel down.

Each packager has a route from the loading bay to their bag storage to supply their own station and from the bag storage to the station so its supplied, the hauler also has 2 routes from the loading bay to each bag supply shelf so they can keep packing while he supplies them from the loading bay, the hauler then also transfers the materials for the botanist from backup supply shelf to the botanist supply shelf.

The hauler then also hauls the bagged weed from the middle output shelf to my grab shelves just inside the door.

12 200 $ from Test day:

A packager spends 45 sec/Game.min to package 20 product into 4 jars.
But he spends about 4+ min/Game.hours to package 20 product into 20 bags.
This is with minimum transporting. Short distance packaging transporting.

Location Bungalow:
1 day:
Packaging:
About 3,2 stacks of 20 jars (330 product) (66jars)
or
About 5 stacks of 20 bags (100 product in bags max)
Short transport distance, only focus on packing product.
90% spent packaging with Bags. Much more transport for product with Jar packaging.
I assume 1 jar might take similar time as 1 bag, but fetching product reduced total Jars packaged

I make about/almost 160 marijuana a day, fully automated. 2 mix processes, base value 74 (Currently set at 88) G.Purple + E.drink + Paracetamol (In that order, favorite perks)
As of now, my Handler can't keep up with production while packing in Bags.

(Westville/ Northtown 24 customers. +1 from Downtown, (No Dealers))
Addicted loyal customers.
Having neglected (nothing listed) my customers for 3/5 days, 22 customers asked for product. All scheduled at late night. 92 product, 55 can be delivered with 11 jars since many ask for 5 or more. For now the Handlers packing speed is enough, but it takes a while to get going!

12 202 $ (+20% from Curfew i believe) So product sold for about 10 000.
That is ~109 $ per product.
Anyone who ask for 1 or 2 I add one more product and up price by 100.
Anyone who ask for 3 or more gets 2 more product +200.
I do not expect the same customer amount every night after this, as I assume that they were starved for product, but if I get a hold of the 9 other customers from Downtown, then 10 000 a day from Player sales might be somewhat steady.
Might not be optimal Pricing and Recipe, but I'm fairly content with as tweaking the price/product amount before selling feels optimal for me right now without going over the customers daily budget.

I would recommend packaging a lot yourself at the start. Maybe set the packing Handler to pack 80 Jars from a Small Storage Rack the first day. After that it should be enough product Jars, and he will be able to pack enough in bags. That is if you are able to sell 5 or more product to enough costumers to use the Jars. First transport for the jars and second for bags works well. Filling the Small Rack if jars get low
  • Handlers starts packaging when they arrive with the last thing they need at the Packaging Table. They will ignore transport Routes further down their list. That's why I put fetching product at the bottom, and I have fetching Bags/Jars at the top for preference and container switching.
  • Going to bed before 4AM will result in less product packaged.
  • Putting 30 Extra Long-Life Soil in the Botanist's inventory and filling a Large Storage Rack with 80 seeds is enough for 960 Marijuana Product. That should be enough for 6 days of production with no additives.

    Worst part is to fill the Large Racks with Energy Drinks and Paracetamol. Only about 1 day worth mixing ingredients. Don't have enough Handler Routes to have a second set for them to grab from. That's fine though. Order 3 Large Racks worth of each and have them for manually transfering once a day. That and ordering Bags and Jars, and it's almost automated.

    Handler spent 90% packaging with Bags. Much more transport for product with Jar packing. I assume 1 jar might take similar time as 1 bag, but fetching product reduced total Jars packaged compared to the 100 bags.
