Sell less drugs?
I found the opposite. what you want actually.
To slow down experience gain:
Sell less per day to clients DIRECTLY.
Means once you have Dealer: assign as much as clients to them, you wont gain xp that much or at all if the dealers does all the dealing.
I rushed to unlocked dealers I could assign all clients if I wanted to. But this slowed my progress because of the 20% cut and the XP "missing".
You could sell small quantities (even decrease) instead of increasing the quantities you sell per deal. this will give less xp.
And focus on unlocking dealers and don't unlock the other clients (not "in your path" to unlock the Dealr/Supr)
