Or grab a basketball, pull it under you and keep walking back as you look at the ground/bottom/your feet.
As for the door jump, just walk under a spot with something right over your head (doesn't NEED to be a door, anything works). If, when you jump, you can't fully jump, the game will "save" the momentum and you can stack it. Just don't over do it, last time I needed over +-3min before I started to fell down.
