I am pretty sure I bought all properties and while I see the Sweetshop listed as possible destination on the delivery app I don't have it unlocked, where is it supposed to be?

Its not the same one from the previous appartment, it is the asian looking one.

I'm not seeing bug reports with this exact issue. There are some complaints of losing access to sites, but it's unclear if it's tied to updates. Early Access can be very buggy and we may even have to start over, maybe even more than once.

Check your journal to make sure you are doing every step uncle says.
