Idea: Plastic Surgeon
I don't know if it's been suggested yet, but given the want for customisation in the character creator again once you start a save i think an NPC that does "plastic surgery" could be cool, for a fee you can then access the character customisation thing for everything but hair and clothes...

Nice, but it's still better if it's in the base game. It does not make the game worse by ading that in. Its in Saints Row 2, works really good.
