cocoa seeds cost more in person then on dead drop

its probably a feature since you are paying for the convenience of on demand acquisition.

I mean, in fairness, by the time you are bulk buying coca seeds, you should have so much money you don't have anything left to spend it on other than just building up stock.

If it is an error, report it as a bug.
