Can workers do larger mixes (more than 1 ingredient) ?
The best mixes in the game require multiple ingredients. I can understand how to set up a chemist or whatever to mix a single ingredient but can you have them mix multiple ingredients to create the expensive drugs? Or, are you limited to having them only mix single ingredients?

So far I've made it to Bagman IV with not a single employee aside from 2 dealers. I only use the bungalow house and just pump out 4 stacks of the highest end meth at a time. This is getting tedious though and I'm thinking about trying to automate things in the barn or wharehouse.

3 chemists and 2 handler let you chain 9 mixer, does this answer your question?

Maybe??

So, each chemist can work up to 3 stations? Can each station use a different ingredient? I'd like to chain up a process of mixers that use a different ingredient so by the time it gets to the last mixer it spits out the most expensive drug.
they can but it seems buggy. I had a setup with 8 ingredients. ran good for a few days, then the chemist at the first station started stealing the finished product. they would empty the machine, but not move it to the next station. Instead they just carried on starting the next batch, only to steal that too. I lost a lot of money and materials trying to get it working again. Basically bankrupted me. Could have been a corrupted save or an update that broke the setup. But they can use them.

Yeah, it seems like it's more trouble than it's worth but then again if I don't play with workers I'm missing out on a chunk of gameplay.

No matter. I'll probably just keep cooking it all myself and just letting the dealers deal. it works fine so far.
Also had a weed setup in the bungalo that had 3 steps that ran flawlessly on mark 2 mixers. one chemist, 3 mixers, and a handler.

Handler get 5 shelfs. You stock them with the ingredients. Shelf 1 goes to mixer 1. 2 to 2.. and so on. Handler 2 does the same for the other 4 mixer and one shelf to input the kush/meth whatever into the first mixer so the daisy chain can start. Voila. Fully automated but be careful, might kill your joy pretty quick.

You definitely should automate mixing, you'll have more drugs than you can handle if set up right

Thanks for the detailed break down.

I'm still a little confused on how that would work though. The best mixes require 8 ingredients...

Banana + Cuke + Paracetamol + Gasoline + Cuke + Battery + Horse Semen + Mega Bean

That's 10 shelves if you count the original meth shelf and then the finished product. If each handler gets 5 shelves that's 2 employees for just an output of 20 product. That's not counting the chemists you need right?

Isn't the limit 10 employees? At the moment I can output 80 product myself using 4 mixers at a time. Granted it's tedious though.
handlers load the machines from ingredient shelfs. Chemists work the mixers which have their destination set as the next mixer. I had one chemist work 3 chem benches that move directly to 3 ovens with another chemist. that went to a shelf that fed the first mixer. worked good for a while until something somewhere bugged out. Its possible and so much easier than handling it all yourself, if you can get it right.
