Understanding dealer
I had 4 deals scheduled for following time period, and gave the deals to my dealer, and made sure he had enough product. But the deals eventually expired. Is there a notification when the dealer completes an order or is it automatic? Does he need more time in advance than the following time slot?

The dealer doesn't take deals that you scheduled. He just sells stuff on his own time and you get no notifications when he does so.

People you assign to your dealer won't text you anymore. They're essentially ordering straight from your dealer, not you.

If you already had deals scheduled before you assigned those customers to your dealer, you either fulfil them yourself or let them expire. Nothing else you can do

Dealers also can have deals they make on their own expire if they have to travel too far to make the deals, there is a guide in the guides section for optimal customer assignments for each dealer to help reduce the amount of expired deals.
