You can unpack bottles then put the stuff in bags if needed later on.
Jars:
5(20) = 100
100(8) = 800
Bags:
1(20) = 20
20(8) = 160
Plus, dealers should break down jars into bags automatically (so you can swipe a few off of them from time to time if needed) provided you leave at least one open slot on the dealer per type of jarred product.
That's just my preference though, since I usually tend to focus more on the production side of things and only go out to deal every now and then when production and mixing starts to get a bit tedious. When dealing manually (not through dealers, in other words), I prefer bags because they're easier to deal with on an individual client basis in my opinion.
