Needin' the Green quest broken

I've just got to this (after the somewhat broken create a drug worth over $60) and the mission says earn $10,000, in brackets it says ($13,143/$10,000). What the hell?

The game appears to completely broken now as I'm not getting any text messages at all either.

mine fixed when i returned trash and got the cash from it maybe that'll help yall

the point of this mission is the lead up to the real estate buying and money laundering and is supposed to work in tandem with the phone call to nelson about hitting your weekly deposit limit.

so there could be a number of things here that could fix it:

getting cash
depositing cash
hitting the atm limit

try all three and report back if it fixed it or not

This fixes it in the sense if you deposit the money till max you will still get the launder objectives however in my experience, and you can see it in my twitch VOD, the Needin' the Green objective is still bugged and wont complete after completing the laundering, sleeping, or restarting the game. Wasnt like this on my initial play through i followed stop by step but it seems using the weed from the begining of the RV to help bolster your sells can be detrimnal trying to jump ahead and do thing out of order. im ready to invest in the Post Office now on this save, however i cant access the warhouse quest yet since im bugged on needin the green. I could just go buy it but idk how much more game breaking this will cause. I dont mind doing a save over or just using my inital one, but i did a fresh one for stream

how do i/we fix it i have been trying like for the past 2 days
