Schedule I

Schedule I

View Stats:
Employees are too restricted.
Cleaners only being able to be assigned to 3 trash cans which has the smallest area of effect.
Chemists not being able to restock the station they work at.
Botanists and Chemists not being able to just grab materials / ingredients from any shelf as long as what they need is in stock.
Now I haven't tried Handlers because I just pack my stuff manually atm.

There is just a tad too much micro management and it's unnecessary and tedious.

The whole point of handlers is to do the jobs you wish the other two did. So yeah, try that. :tta_smile_very_happy:

Plus handlers can pack things, on top of moving everything.

Yes I would say handlers are the employees you need the most of.

Yea but handler are bugged as hell they are not filling stations correctly, they can only work on packing stations with 100% accuracy
Agreed, i wish you could give recipes to chemists so they would make my fruity mint or my grandaddy smegma, hopefully in the future
I hope you can hire a Gopher is a later patch employee. I go through so much ♥♥♥♥ the game turned into "Run to the corner store real quick" simulator
The thing with the handlers is totally stupid. I have jars in the packing station because I only give jars to my dealers. But if the handler puts eight weeds of one strain on the packing station, he packs one jar and leaves the remaining three weed. He's unable to swap the jars for baggies to pack the remaining three. And the weed of the other strains stays on the shelf. So I pay him $200 daily to pack one jar and then do NOTHING ELSE. That's absolutely stupid! I can do it myself better!
I agree the handlers are the most confusing part, I try to make them mix for me but they either bug out and get stuck, or they mix the wrong ingredients or mix the same ingredients and wastes a lot of product and ingredients, so I just resorted to doing the mixing and packaging myself atp.

so when he puts the next 8 weed in, he can fill a jar again, right? if there is only 8 weed a day, you don't need a handler in the first place

That's right. But I plant 4 kind of weed. And the botanist put it in one shelf where the handler takes out the weed. The handler actually waits for the next eight weed of the same strain to fill the next jar. So only one strain of weed is packed by this handler.
The management system as a whole needs a major overhaul. My goal was to get enough employees so that i could actually get out on the street again to experience that early game addictive gameplay loop. But the supplies, employees, shelves, equipment and space needed to do that just turns into a convoluted mess.

The current management system works well with small scale. But once you get to the volume needed, it's overly tedious and i genuinely have trouble wrapping my head around all the stuff.

Yeah so, after another few hours of gameplay I see how many issues there are with all the workers. Handlers only being able to fill one shelf with packed product per packaging station, like why can't we choose more shelves instead of buying more stations? It's just so inconvenient, getting workers should make your life easier and giving you less work, currently this is just adding more more work and making everything more time consuming.
Chemist, Handler, Botanist should all have a supplies section, where you can assign a supplies shelf. So they can restock their own assigned stations.
I would make Packers & Handlers as separate employees, if other staff do not get the ability to supply themselves.
Needs some sort of checks on handlers searching for items for a station.
When filling say a chemistry station they need acid and phosphorous, so they should search the shelf for a stack of both, but if the shelf is full of acid and phosphorus, not filling a station with two lots of acid would be helpful...
