Its at the end of the pier next to the docks warehouse.

You know that pedestrian path that goes south, next to the water, starting behind the warehouse?

Take that path south and always keep hugging the water, to your right. You'll eventually do a near U turn, you'll end up in a dead end. What you are looking for is the last building of that dead end.

Yah this isnt shown on the map when it comes up. And doesnt show up on any of the maps I looed up either...
