Has anyone figured out a way to do this? The cops by taco ticklers can see you from a long ways away. I think maybe you could run from arrest and lead them away and get back there before they do once wanted level drops but I haven't succeeded at doing it yet.

That's exactly it, you should be able to lead them away, for now they are very bad at coming back to their post. It works for NPCs too, you can for instance threaten the weapon seller and he will chase you outside, then stay there forever until you reload :D

Alternatively, take a baseball bat and beat the cops, it's very easy to do. Too easy in my opinion.

I tried shooting the cops. It kind of worked. But it also scared and bugged the NPC waiting for the deal and I was never able to complete it.

You can hide behind one of the trees and the cops won't see you. The customer is just barely in range for you to talk to them from this point. Getting behind the tree in the first place can be a bit of a gamble, though.

Stand behind the trees, you can talk to your customer from pretty far away so just keep backing up until the question marks go away and badaboom

Yeah, as others have commented this can be tricky. Save the game before lets call it a training run lol

Approach from the washing machine place, hide in the nearest bush to lower the detection a bit, then just dash behind the closest tree to the customer, they won't see you do the deal. Then leaving, just leg it easy.

From the street, use CTRL to sneak as close to the wall as possible. As soon as you can press E on a customer, stop, give him weed or whatever, and just go straight forward until you drop down so you can safely escape without them seeing you.

make them run after you in one direction. lose them, then go back to finish your deal. enjoy profit

Yes, take the parking garage by Brad's tent around the building to avoid cops at Taco Ticklers. Swing in from Laundromat and don't hesitate. Get behind the trees and DON'T use the freaking flashlight, it cause the cops to see you in the dark. Use trees for cover until they can't see you then interact with the customer from a distance.

You don't need to be in the customers face to deal with them.
