Manor on the Hill

Glitched up to the Manor on the hill, unlike other unfinished buildings you can view inside every room, hinting this is an end game player owned house. or something that will be featured in an update soon.

You can use console to unlock the doors to the manor ('setowned manor') but it doesn't have a grid so you can't place anything inside. The gate also only works from the inside even if you do set it as owned. So with a future update Tyler will probably add a grid to the manor and add it to the realtor (or some other method of unlocking)

You can also easily get inside the property by parking any car right next to the gate and crouch jumping over it - same way you can setup inside the warehouse without actually owning it (because the interior of the property doesn't have any doors blocking entrance into the building)

you can unlock it by doing 'setowned manor' on the console
the front door becomes openable however you cannot place anything inside(yet)
i think this is going to be added in an upcoming update
