Quality Mechanic?

What is the purpose of the quality mechanic? Can you charge more for the higher quality stuff, and how so? I mean for example if I'm selling OG Kush, and most of it is standard quality, but I have a stack of 20 heavenly quality, setting my prices much higher in the app probably wouldn't get nearly as many orders, and upping the price on the messaging app after a customer texts you, you can usually get away with upping the price a bit, but how would the customer know you were delivering the good stuff and be willing to pay accordingly? Or is it only to affect their satisfaction? My customers are always 100% satisfied with standard quality. Hope my rambling question made enough sense.

Not 100 percent sure if quality affects pricing but later in the game, the customers you unlock will expect higher quality. If you sell them normal quality when they expect high quality then there will be a chance they wont accept it. kinda like if you try and sell someone 4 OG kush when they wanted 5 OG Kush.

It's only for free samples and manual sales (sales that you make yourself, not through a dealer). When you're giving something to someone yourself, either sample or sale, they have a certain quality they expect and offering them a quality below that will severely harm your chances of success.

However, I've heard of a mod that causes the quality to affect prices and whatnot and fully plan to install that and a couple others in a new save once I finish the vanilla one I'm working on now.
