2nd Dealer Molly not unlocking

I have all contacts in west unlocked and full loyalty but Molly is still unable to be my dealer. Anyone else having the same issue/ have encountered a fix?

same thing happening. Full loyalty with Mollys connections but she still will not unlock

ok... try failing to pick pocket or punching the loyal connections to decrease their friendship and then re-raise it. or wait til the devs patch it.

So a solution that worked for me was clearing steam cache, verifying game files, and starting the game again.

Posting this on multiple threads (Co-op Solution that worked for me). If this helps anyone, I was unable to talk to Molly for 3 straight hours (real life), and could not figure out how to get her as a dealer because I was stuck with, "You need to reach FRIENDLY status with one of her connections" or something along those lines.

Found out after 3 hours and my co-op partner ran over to her and got her as a dealer within 5 seconds that the HOST of our party asking her worked! Just something to try!

TL;DR: In co-op try making sure the host talks to Molly (Not tested on other dealers).

A lot of things get locked if you use any cheats to advance 'loyalty levels', or experience levels... if you didn't do this then that's a crap bug sorry.
