Dealers generate same amount no matter what type of drugs
I've discovered that my current 4 dealers average around $14k/day no matter what drug I give them to sell. Whether its very cheap weed or the most expensive cocaine to produce... 14k still. Even though I can sell my expensive cocaine for 20x that of the cheap weed. Anyone else notice the same?

Did you set the price in the products tab on the phone?

I think the people have a maximum amount of money they can spend each day, so the more expensive your stuff is, the less amount each citizen will buy. So the total will be the same for each dealer whatever you sell. If i give them cheap weed they are through there stash alot quicker.

We noticed the same thing in our game.. we gave him 25g of three different weed types and we always get the same amount.

Product price doesnt affect dealers at all. I dont have anything for sale at all in my phone yet the dealers continue to sell. From what I can tell product price only affects your personal sales.

Also, even if it defaulted to the default product price, cocaine would still be more profitable.

Yeah I don't trust the numbers.. At end of day it will say dealers generated $12,000, but when I go to them to get the money, it's barely $5,000. Seems broken.

I suspected this so I started giving my dealers unmixed product and only using mixes for the coke and meth for dealing myself. Honestly you can probably just only use mixes for acquiring customers in new neighborhoods. The price of your product seems to also directly affect the amount of product customers buy. People will only buy the amount they're able to afford (all customers have a fixed daily amount they spend on drugs). I ended up lowering prices of weed so I could move more units, I had a big surplus after I switched to a more expensive mix, people who were buying 5+ units started only buying 1-3

Works for me. I gave one dealer only one type of coke where I set the price to 750 and he even sold it for more. After his 20% cut he has 672$ cash after selling one.

Yeah I have experimented on different saves and found all this to be true. You can go with an expensive mix and move fewer units or go cheap drugs and move more product. When you go really high value mix many of the customers will stop calling on both you and your dealers and you have to approach them to sell just one unit.

Dealers don't care about your list price they always use the market value when you create the mix and then take 20%.
They also take more than %20 of what they make

I tried killing one but it didn't work.

Yeah I think we've established that dealers always sell at fair price value (not what you set the price to) and that they will generate virtually the same amount of revenue due to them always selling larger quantities of cheap product or lower quantities of expensive product. This makes cheap product that is mass produced more profitable through dealers.
any experiments on customers though?

what if the later areas' customers have more cash compared to the first customers you start with? thoughts?

everyone is correct regarding older customers. i uses to sell 7 units now i only sell 1-2. basically same revenue

i think customer has limited pocket money so no matter what there is max they can afford to pay so you either sell 1 700$ or 3 700$.

Pfft, I cant even get my Molly dealer to do any work. Shes got stacks of jars with open space for breaking it down. She has basic Sour Diesel and a weird ass blend I made thats meh at best. Sells nothing daily. Might have to restart which would kinda suck as I tend to do that a lot as is cause im weird like that.

Molly needs motivation. Punch her once and she'll get to work for a bit. Punch her more than once and she'll try to cut you and you have to knock her out for a day.
