Having the same problem but changing the resolution of my monitor seemed to fix the fps issue for me

Resolution isnt changing anything right now and makes the game unplayable for me on an ultrawide monitor, my FPS also tanks now too so really cant play it

Zoom out interface all the way and it makes it "playable"
