Jane not unlocking as a dealer (HELP)
I have docks unlocked, I'm past the rank I need to be, and I'm friendly with both of her connections in the docks area. I got a notification previously that I could start using her, but it says she's still not unlocked.

I would recommend trying to knock on her RV (It's right next to the Docks area). If you knock, she will come out and you can sign her as a dealer. Until you do this, it probably will say locked in your phone.

*You can sign her as a dealer if you are friendly with one of her connections (it must be one of the ppl that has a direct line to her in the app.

Still broken for me despite being loyal (Maxed bar) with all her connections and talking to her.

If you are playing with others only the host can unlock the dealer.
