I have weed grow 8x, 2x station, 1x meth station with another device and have plenty of space more.

those are rookie numbers, you can get more than double that at warehouse, or dedicate specific houses for specific tasks ie one grow house, one mix house, one meth house. Unfortunately the only way to make more money is to sell more expensive product, as volume purchase doesn't really scale that well compared to how much you can pump out when you have a big setup going. So having a couple of chemists and logistics for just mixing products is worth it.

Personally I love the docks warehouse. It's relatively close to all the dealers and the black market. It has lots of space and an upper area. And the road block is very easy to circumvent if you are using the skateboard (golden one preferably), which you should anyway.

They are, but let's be honest there isn't much to buy (yet), so at some point you really don't need to make even more money. I just don't like cramped spaces :)

Docks Warehouse is probably 4 Bungalows in size. Much more open areas since the Bungalow has a lot of homey qualities that take away valuable space. Example, I have 10 weed plants with soil/sprinkler arranged slightly efficiently - could be better, and could probably fit another 40 without needing to organize better. There's also a second floor that can be used, putting the Docks closer to 5 Bungalows in usable space. 2 loading bays, impeccable location.

Can't speak on the Barn as I skipped it.

The docks are basically end game operation size. You can do virtually everything in the bungalow if you want clutter, but eventually you make enough money that you can't spend on anything else, so why not upgrade. After that, the hotel / sweatshop / bungalo can be used for storage, distribution, and as safehouses to sleep in. Basically you fill each with a delivery employee to bring product to dealers, while also having delivery employees from the warehouse bring product to each place, effectively automating the whole process efficiently.

I'm not sure how you made all that fit in the bungalow. I got the Barn as soon as I possibly was able to afford it. I'm about to upgrade to the Dock's Warehouse right now. You could probably make the argument that this isn't a necessary upgrade (Warehouse over Barn), but I would much prefer more space and a better location. Most importantly, if you aren't upgrading your starting base, what are you spending your money on? I have gobs of supplies, tons of product, a full staff to automate everything, a van, a skateboard, and tons of backup supplies. It's possible down the road, there are more options to use your money, but right now, the Warehouse is primo imo.

the warehouse has more room. the warehouse is also a secure location. ones the gate is closed. no one outside the wall can get in. you also have 2 loading bays

More room = more to produce = more to sell. You have 1 meth station. That makes 20ish product a day or so. With the warehouse I was making 5 bricks a day, and my setup wasnt anywhere near optimal. Once you start making coke, you need a ton of room.

Why so many baggies? Are you slinging yourself or is this for your dealers? If its for your dealers, start jarring your product and give it to them then. They can hold more. Just make sure they have one spot in there inventory to break that product down to baggies when needed. You can even give them bricks of product, which in that case they will need 2 slots free. 1 to break product down to jars, then 1 to break product down to baggies.

I usually set my dealers with only 2 types of product. One in brick form and the other in jars. This then give them 3 free slots to break product down to sell. 2 for the bricks and 1 for the jars.

Jars jars jars. Jars to dealers. Reassign your dealers to your low volume buyers and assign the higher volume buyers to you. Then just sell them 5x or 10x quantity (1 or 2 jars).

for what is Jar ? i dont need make more money, i just tired to run each day and buy staff.
