hes not up there. you can get up there with a spacebar spam macro. i jump over every building in town on the way to and from my deals.

I was looking at night. He wasn't in a building then. His icon on the map was in the middle of the road in line with the overpass.
I found him during the day wondering the streets.

I stalked that guy after 6 pm and turns out he enters the black low poly building next to the overpass and in front of jane's trainer. I think Tyler(the dev) accidentally messed up or intentionally messed up the LOD(Level of detail) for that building so it looks low res. But because of that, u cant interact with the door even tho the door is there.

A way to circumvent this is to do the skateboard method for opening any doors bug(stand near a door, look to the opposite of it, look down, spam e, then try to mount the skateboard) and if u are lucky u are able to knock the door hidden behind the low polygon exterior.
