Settings And Save File Locations

Does anyone know the exact location of the save and settings files for the game? I've encountered a bug that renders the quest markers as black spots on the map rather than the normal star in a blue circle. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help because my save files and settings persist through a reinstall and starting a new save encounters the same problem. I was thinking I'd try deleting the settings files then the save files and see if that might be the source of the problem

Go to the (C) then (Users) then (the file that has name of your computer) then (AppData) then (LocalLow) then you find the location of setting and save game (TVGS)
