I have just placed the first meth lab...
I just placed the first meth lab as requested by the main story, I have 3 dealers and I keep selling all over the place but I don't get any main mission for a long time, how do I progress in the story, how do I unlock the coke? The game sometimes doesn't explain well where to go, that's one of the only bugs I see. any help please?

Yeah. I haven't gotten there yet on my solo save file but I heard when you get docks after awhile and reach the rank required, you get access to coke & stuff.
