Report a translation problem
I make the same amount if I deliver to every single person. I'm only getting 45/53 calls per day if I make every single person available. Maybe the dealers deliver to the same customer multiple times per day to make up that difference.
I just now unlocked the final area so I'll update this soon
I'm sticking to +1 quantity for 1820 and 2200 for now though.

I feel like the mayor and the dude in the mansion are the top of the top spenders then the preacher and his wife are the next top ones, the others you need to get to them during the day like at the jewelers and other places where they work because you cant get them to answer any door at night.
